Sometimes you may be in an anxious place, seeking some solitude and peace.  Despite what is going on in and around you, this book Flowers Within can help you to look deep inside of yourself to find inner peace.

Chinar Abdulaziz has been writing Flowers Within Meditations and Inspiration since 2017. It has transformed her life for the better in many ways and that is why she wanted to write the book so you could also get in touch with your intuition to become a better version of yourself.

These were words of encouragement during distressful times. By writing Flowers Within Meditations and Inspiration and listening to the messages it uplifted her and later the words became part of her vocabulary. This shifted her mindset and helped to overcome her limiting beliefs, giving her confidence to do all the things she dreamed of.

She learnt that when she was in the moment anything was possible. Her main teaching is always to bring your attention to this moment, whatever is happening in or outside of you.
